This project showcases a video promotion for an event to see Youtube Celebrity Judson Laipply CSP live for the Evolution of Dance event hosted by the DSAO Activities staff in 2011. This live streamed video announcement was announced to Chamberlain University, Keller Graduate School & Adtalem affiliated Universities.

- Administered Waiver and Release forms for anybody we photographed or publicized in print, digital and media outlets for consent and legal purposes.
- Responsible in creating and managing the printed newsletter and taking cash and visa finances for the advertisements of 3rd party corporate vendors. Helped set up the tables to 3rd party corporate vendors and sponsors that would use the facility to sell or recruit students to their tables.
- Organized events and distributed event coupons, food and prizes.
- Recruited Quiznos to be a sponsor for a student film premiere.
